Concrete Screwbolt Anchor DACROTISED (external)

Concrete Screwbolt Anchor Dacrotised is a one-piece non-expansion fixing anchor designed for fast, reliable fastening into concrete, brick, stone and hollow block in external environments. The Dacrotised (Dacromet-coated) finish provides superior corrosion resistance over standard galvanising, and the special thread design enables installation in less than half the time of wedge or adhesive anchors.

Overview

  • Concrete screwbolt anchor range
  • Dacrotised coating (Dacromet) for superior corrosion resistance in external applications
  • Hex flange head for even clamping and easy installation with a socket or impact driver
  • One-piece non-expansion design allows close-to-edge fixing without substrate damage
  • Suitable for concrete, brick, stone and hollow block substrates
  • Multiple diameter and length options available; sold in packs

Key Features & Benefits

  • Installs in less than half the time of wedge anchors or adhesive anchors — no curing time required
  • Special self-cutting thread pivots easily into masonry for fast, clean installation
  • Non-expansion design allows small edge and spacing distances without cracking the substrate
  • Fully removable without torching or grinding — ideal for adjustable or temporary fixings
  • Dacrotised coating provides significantly enhanced corrosion protection versus standard galvanised finishes
  • Hex flange head delivers excellent clamping force and bearing area

Applications

  • Structural bracket and steel plate fixing to concrete
  • Balustrade and handrail anchoring to masonry
  • External fixture and hardware fixing in outdoor environments
  • Close-to-edge fixing where expansion anchors are unsuitable
  • Temporary site fixings requiring easy removal
  • General external masonry fixing in concrete, brick and stone
