Delivery Site Requirements & Customer Responsibilities

For crane truck deliveries, the site must allow safe access for vehicles approximately 10m (L) × 2.5m (W) × 3.5m (H) and be free of obstructions such as parked vehicles, low power lines or unstable terrain.

The Customer must ensure authorised personnel are present on site at the time of delivery as required under the selected delivery option.
-
Tramin is not required to assess site suitability in advance.
-
The Customer is responsible for all additional costs incurred due to site inaccessibility, unsafe conditions, delays, or failure to have authorised personnel present.
Failed or Futile Deliveries
-
If Tramin or its transport provider attends the delivery site but is unable to complete delivery for any reason outside Tramin’s control (including site inaccessibility, unsafe conditions, or no authorised person being present), the delivery will be deemed a failed or futile delivery.
-
The Customer will be liable for any associated costs, including waiting time, return freight and re-delivery charges.
-
The Customer may elect to:
-
Collect the goods from Tramin’s warehouse at no additional charge; or
-
Pay an additional delivery fee for re-delivery on a later date.
